Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home, engaging with customers via inbound/outbound calls and the Internet. This role involves providing customer service support, resolving routine issues related to clients' products and services, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and present products/services, utilizing B2B and B2C skills.
3. Build relationships and find new ways to retain customers.
4. Be detail-oriented in sales of products and services.
5. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
6. Offer additional products/services with each sale.
7. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of proven sales experience, meeting quotas and selling products/services.
2. Understanding of the sales process, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
3. Open availability and ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
4. Proficiency in multitasking, strong computer skills, and PC knowledge.
5. High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
6. High school diploma or GED.
