Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Remote)
Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. (We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

About the Role

As a remote Inside Sales Representative, you’ll join a diverse team from 70+ countries, contributing to improving customer experiences and supporting each other’s success. We provide training and support to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
  2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and present products/services using B2B and B2C skills.
  3. Build client relationships and find ways to retain customers.
  4. Be detail-oriented in sales of products and services.
  5. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  6. Offer additional products/services with every sale.
  7. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • At least 1+ year of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, commission-based sales).
  • Understanding of sales processes, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Open availability and high school diploma or GED.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, computer skills, and fast-paced work.
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies.
  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet (no hotspots or satellite).
