POSITION TITLE : Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Cranes

Address : Fully remote - Canada

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Drive Sales Growth in assigned market segments or geographic area to meet your financial objectives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to gather and submit detailed business information to provide sales technical product and application solutions directly to customers throughout the assigned territory or assigned market segments. Ensure pricing is competitive and within industry levels.
  • Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
  • Using the MarkMan system prepare and present quotations and budgetary proposals.
  • Assign complex sales opportunities or applications that require site visits to local outside sales team.
  • Perform independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.
  • Follow up on potential quotations projects and update quote log using the CRM daily.
  • Maintain and fully utilize the CRM system to allow for complete transparency of the sales funnel from initial lead through order.
  • New order preparation for submission and processing which includes T&Cs margin product and third-party resources are reviewed and approved.
  • Appraise promptness of order processing deliveries technical services and parts warranty and other customer services.
  • Continually appraise company products policies and procedures as opposed to competitors line relative to design pricing marketability etc. Recommend changes in pricing and product strategy as required.
  • Maintain frequent contact with your manager sales directors and outside sales consultants.
  • Actively participate as a member of the sales team. Attend meetings and training as required.
  • Other essential duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications :

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelors degree preferred however prior equivalent experience and training will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Related sales experience within an industrial environment are an asset.
  • Prior CRM experience is required.
