What You Will Be Doing

Build a Dazzling Customer Experience Through Account Intimacy to Accelerate Adoption

  • Craft an account-specific, all-inclusive engagement & communication strategy that proactively improves customer experience
  • Dazzle customers! Be their trusted advisor for onboarding, license keys & support ticket management

Create & Progress Quality Pipeline

  • Conduct 30+ outbound calls a day to prospect & customer accounts to identify, qualify & progress Opportunities and Meetings
  • Use ABM tactics to identify new contacts & craft personalized campaigns to build pipeline with a high conversion rate

Manage, Close & Forecast Small Deals

  • Act as support for larger deals if needed

Must-have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of demonstrated ability in a customer-engaging role, e.g., Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Ability to commute to one of our office locations 1-3 times per quarter; role does not include relocation assistance
