Job description

Reporting to the Inside Sales Supervisor - Heating, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting his fellow Outside Sales Representatives while providing support to customers and other members of the team.

What you will accomplish with us:

Respond to customer demand in plumbing/heating and propose effective solutions according to their needs.
Analyze calls for tender documents to identify relevant equipment.
Select products from manufacturers' pricing software.
Prepare bids according to project and customer needs.
Demonstrate product equivalencies in conjunction with the engineering team during calls for tender.
Participate in project meetings to establish sales strategies.
Provide support to external representatives and colleagues on projects.
Follow calls for tender until they are closed and ensure compliance with addendums.

What You Bring to Our Team:

Diploma in building mechanics with experience in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
Work experience in building mechanics.
Excellent communication skills and good ability to work in a team.
Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluation, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.
