SIGA is looking for a passionate and driven Inside Sales Representative to grow sales of its crop-focused product line (Geofolia software and Sencrop connected weather stations) among farmers and agronomists / advisors in Quebec.

Your Mission
Business Development (main priority) :
Prospect, qualify, and convert new clients : farmers, agri-service businesses, consultants, and agronomists.
Conduct remote product demos, support trials, and close sales.
Build and maintain a loyal customer portfolio.
Identify new opportunities in the crop production market and feed the sales pipeline.
Expertise & Customer Support :
Understand the technical challenges faced by farmers and advisors.
Recommend tailored solutions suited to crop types, practices, and management needs.
Train users to ensure full adoption and value from the tools (Geofolia, Sencrop).
Work closely with the marketing and field teams to boost visibility and maximize commercial impact.
Stay informed on technical developments and user needs to contribute to product improvements.

Your Profile
A natural salesperson, motivated by business development and achieving targets.
Comfortable with cold calling and remote sales.
Knowledge of the agricultural sector, crop production, or agronomic services is a strong asset (but not mandatory).
Strong interest in AgTech and digital crop management.
Excellent communication and explanation skills.
Organized, autonomous, and a great team player.
