Ideal candidates have a technical diploma and experience with customer service in the industrial sector. The role includes using CRM tools, managing customer satisfaction, and generating new sales leads while providing superior support to clients.
Obtaining and up-selling parts and service orders, creating customer satisfaction, and adding value to the customer’s buying experience.
Provide consistently high levels of customer service to customers and accounts, reaching business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.
