Job Summary :

The Inside Sales Representative is a home-based, internal sales role focused on outbound calling and digital communication to introduce Collette’s products and services to new travel advisors. This role is instrumental in supporting the expansion of Collette’s preferred partnerships by cultivating new advisor accounts and accelerating market penetration in collaboration with Outside BDMs and Marketing.

Primary Functions :

  • Proactively contact, cultivate, and convert non-booking travel advisors into active Collette clients.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quotas and KPIs.
  • Qualify prospective advisors, conduct initial training, and communicate Collette’s value proposition using all available sales tools.
  • Transition newly booking advisors to the appropriate Outside BDM for ongoing growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director of Sales (RDS) to develop target lists and support tactics aligned with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing strategies.
  • Strategize with RDS to identify high-potential advisors and prioritize outreach based on quality and opportunity.
  • Educate advisors on current marketing initiatives, product offerings, and sales tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills :

  • Experience in sales or customer service is an asset
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills (verbal, written, and video)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Must reside within the region you are supporting.
