Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing accounts within a geographic territory, closing new business opportunities at existing and prospective accounts, and increasing territory profit and market share using a consultative selling process.

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and develop sales leads to close.
• Manage and grow the opportunity funnel for new and existing customers.
• Drive more than 30 sales calls per week with quick follow up, quotes, and service.
• Collect competitive intelligence and provide feedback to product owners and sales leaders.
• Update and maintain customer information in Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• Sell new products and drive focused sales campaigns.
• Periodically travel to key customers for in-person meetings and personal sales development.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma and two years’ specialized training in related field (e.g., chemistry, sales).
• Minimum 1 year of previous sales experience.
• Ability to relate to and communicate with individuals at all levels.
• Results driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Salesforce.com experience is an asset.
