Overview

Responsibilities

• Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs. Answers technical questions.
• Receives and processes customer orders (phone, email in, fax, etc)
• Organizes the display of products in the store

Qualifications

• + 1 year in a retail/industrial sales environment
• Knowledge of welding processes and products is an asset but not mandatory
• Very strrong knowledge of computer systems and google suite
• Secondary diploma
• A positive attitude and customer service focus
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and roll cylinders as required.
