Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to keep customers happy

What You Bring

• 2+ years inside sales or customer service experience (HVAC or trades background preferred)
• Strong HVAC product knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs and working in a warehouse environment
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license; forklift experience is a bonus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and order management systems
