Job description

Salary :

Our client is a company specializing in the design and manufacture of furniture. They are looking for their new Inside Sales Representative to develop customer relationships, respond to requests and support the sales team in its day-to-day activities.

Your role:

  • Respond to incoming requests (telephone, e-mail) in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Manage quotations, follow-ups and sales reminders.
  • Keep customer information up to date in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Advise customers on our products and propose solutions adapted to their needs.
  • Contribute to the brand's visibility in the events network.
  • Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure the feasibility of orders.

Position type: Executive - permanent contract

Working hours: Monday to Friday - regular hours

Job location: On site, Montreal (occasional work in remote)

Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 (depending on experience)

Skills and qualifications :

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in B2B sales or customer service.
  • Comfortable with technological tools (CRM, e-mail, ERP system).
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Taste for design and aesthetics, and a sense of priorities.
  • Knowledge of the event industry, ideally in rental, catering, decoration or floral.
