Omnitrans is currently searching for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales department in Montreal.

Bilingualism (French, English) is a must for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and research
  • Qualify leads to determine their suitability and potential interest in products or services
  • Create and input sales leads into contact management system
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Provide compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers
  • Maintain and follow up prospect log
  • Set up appointments with / for Account Executives
  • Report daily and weekly sales activities
  • Explain product / service pricing, terms, and conditions effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Provide feedback to management on market needs and opportunities
  • Initiate and assist in targeted sales plans for business development programs by industry.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 3 years business development experience
  • Confident with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to persuade
  • Resilience in handling rejection, maintaining motivation and focus on achieving sales goals
  • Technical logistics knowledge is an asset
  • Customer focused and able to effectively identify customers’ needs
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze sales data, metrics, and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Efficiency and organization skills
  • Bilingual; (French and English) written and spoken
