Who We Are : Carrier Enterprise Canada (CEC) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC / R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business-to-business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CEC offers customers a wide range of HVAC / R product lines, competitive pricing, best-in-class customer service and valuable, time-saving services that positions CEC as an industry leader. With 36 locations in Canada and over 150+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, there is a location to service our customers HVAC / R needs.
We are currently accepting internal and external applications for the role of Commercial Inside Sales Representative .
In this role, you will focus on supporting the team with growing sales in Western Canada. Providing exceptional customer service levels and showcasing elite value will drive incremental sales and solutions to existing customers in a B2B environment. This position works in collaboration with outside sales representatives with all HVAC / R products and solutions offered, and provides additional support as needed. The position also collaborates independently with assigned customers to create solutions for their HVAC / R needs and consults them through the entire sales process.

Pay Range : $60,000 - $82,000 Annual
This pay range is not a gurantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to resposibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining (if any).
Incentive Compensation : As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Carrier Incentive Plan or a role-specific comission / bonus.
