Levert Personnel is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a permanent position located in one of our established offices in Sudbury or Timmins, ON, or Rouyn-Noranda, QC.

About the Job:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our key mining clients and contractors. Your responsibilities include communicating with customers, providing quotations, entering job orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience, making you essential to our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, and other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries within 60 minutes whenever possible.
  3. Act as a liaison between Recruitment, Sales, Account Management, and Administrative teams to support operational success.
  4. Create and send written quotations to clients.
  5. Enter work orders in the CRM and communicate relevant information to the recruitment team.
  6. Complete Client / Job Profile forms accurately and upload information to the CRM.
  7. Follow up on job status with the recruitment team and relay updates to clients.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to provide exceptional service and workforce solutions.
  9. Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
  10. Availability outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends, is required to meet operational demands.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, staffing, or recruitment; experience in industrial environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mining, industrial, or skilled trades sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software is an asset.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe PDF, and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable using communication tools such as phones, text, and email.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, including outside regular hours.
  • Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal French and English.
