About the Job:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our key mining clients and contractors. Your responsibilities include communicating with customers, providing quotations, entering job orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience, making you essential to our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, and other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries within 60 minutes whenever possible.
- Act as a liaison between Recruitment, Sales, Account Management, and Administrative teams to support operational success.
- Create and send written quotations to clients.
- Enter work orders in the CRM and communicate relevant information to the recruitment team.
- Complete Client / Job Profile forms accurately and upload information to the CRM.
- Follow up on job status with the recruitment team and relay updates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to provide exceptional service and workforce solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
- Availability outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends, is required to meet operational demands.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, staffing, or recruitment; experience in industrial environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with mining, industrial, or skilled trades sectors is strongly preferred.
- Experience with CRM software is an asset.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe PDF, and CRM systems.
- Comfortable using communication tools such as phones, text, and email.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, including outside regular hours.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal French and English.
