What We Offer

What You'll Do
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, letters, and reports to determine their significance and distribute them appropriately.
  • Coordinate invoice routing and monitor payments to subcontractors and vendors.
  • Enter and maintain client and prospect data in automated system.
  • Promote & sell value added products and services.
  • Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person or by phone.
  • Take orders and relay information to customers.
  • Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability, and delivery status.
  • Participate in basic accounts receivable tasks, including credit check and collection call.
  • General administrative duties in a computerized environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Diploma or Degree (any combination of training and / or experience judged to be equivalent will be considered)
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
