Our client, a respected land surveying firm specializing in the oil and gas sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-orientedInside Sales Representativeto join their team permanently.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with experience working in a inside sales based role. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this individual will play a key role in supporting sales processes, responding to inquiries, coordinating engagement efforts, and maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Sales Support:Assist in engaging leads, responding to inquires, sending follow up emails, maintaining an active sales funnel.
  • Client & Account Management:Track customer interactions, manage CRM updates, and support relationship-building efforts.
  • Report & Data Management:Edit, format, and analyze reports/RFP’s, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administrative & Inbox Management:Prioritize and manage high-volume emails, coordinate schedules, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Process & Workflow Optimization:Improve sales and administrative processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Professional Representation: Support a diverse and inclusive workplace, maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in inside sales related role.
  • Experience in supporting a larger sales team, facilitating in a longer sales cycle.
  • Previous exposure to sales processes, prospecting, or CRM systems is an asset.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Customer service-focused with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

Base Salary:$50,000+/- per year

  • Salary based on experience and qualifications

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday

Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
