Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Brantford, ON

As an Inside Sales Representative, your essential duties will be to:

1. Directly service customers via phone & email daily.
2. Process orders, inquiries & quotations regularly.
3. Maintain a high level of customer service consistently.
4. Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as needed.
5. Follow up with customers on quotations.
6. Make at least four outbound calls per day to solicit additional business.
7. Assist customers with e-commerce inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• AS400 experience is an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is advantageous.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is essential.
