He or she plays a key role in customer service by providing expert advice and collaborating with colleagues to meet customer needs. The ISR is also responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, preparing quotes, and staying informed about competitors’ activities. He or she actively contributes to the smooth operation of the store and to customer satisfaction.**Main Responsibilities:** I. Sales and Customer Service: Greet and advise customers:* Provide first-rate assistance to customers in selecting welding equipment, durable goods, power tools, safety supplies, and industrial gases.* Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email.* Meet customer needs by recommending appropriate products and services.* Seek to expand the existing customer base with all product lines.
