Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate new leads and build strong relationships.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch products or services.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations remotely.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow up on quotes, proposals, and pending deals to close sales in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making dozens of outbound calls daily and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
