Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive incremental revenue for assigned territories, support OSRs, and reactivate dormant accounts. The role involves prospecting, handling inquiries, and assisting with quotes and orders to accelerate the sales cycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years’ business-to-business Inside Sales/Customer Service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success cold calling, reactivating dormant accounts, and engaging prospects and customers.
• Outstanding listening and communication skills.
• Software literate and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Analytical capabilities to interpret data, generate reports, and understand sales processes.

Aufgaben

• Identify and call prospects in designated market areas to qualify and drive leads and explain products and services offered.
• Deliver sales leads to the Outside Sales team and close leads directly when possible.
• Assist OSR’s and branch staff with quotes, orders, billing disputes, problem solving, etc.
• Handle sales inquiries and customer assistance requests and support retention strategies.
• Coordinate internally to expedite the sales process and keep management informed with reports.
