A leading North American manufacturer is expanding their sales team by hiring for an inside sales support role based in Toronto. The candidate will prospect, develop, and manage client relationships to achieve monthly sales goals. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of sales experience, particularly with architects and designers, and possess excellent communication skills. This position offers strong earning potential with a supportive team culture.
Our client, headquartered in the US, is one of North America's leading manufacturers of luxury interior glass door solutions for residential and commercial spaces. Due to impressive growth, they are expanding their sales team with additional inside sales support.
You will report directly to the Sales Director. You will prospect and cold call in a designated sales territory, developing new clients in the commercial and residential space. You will develop, maintain, and manage relationships with both existing and new clients, ensuring that you reactivate existing under-performing accounts in your territory. You will collaborate closely with the outside sales team to drive business further. You will achieve sales goals monthly via phone and email interactions.
Minimum of 2+ years relevant sales experience with a high preference for individuals who have worked with architects, designers, and/or contractors. A proactive, outside-the-box approach to self-generating business through high activity, referrals, and networks. A can-do attitude, hunter mentality, and a strong appetite for deals. Excellent communication skills and keen eye for detail.
