What you will be doing:
Quoting: Provide customers with timely, accurate pricing, delivery, and product information to support order placement.
Order Management: Enter sales orders into the ERP system and coordinate with production,shipping, and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule.
Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordination: Arrange shipments with customers, plants, and sales managers to meet delivery requirements.
Data & Reporting: Share relevant sales data and statistics with internal stakeholders.
Administrative Support: Process returns, credit applications for new accounts, and assist with general office duties as needed.
What you must have:
2+ yrs of customer service order entry experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with an integrated ERP system is an asset.
Ability to build rapport and present information effectively to customers and colleagues.
A willingness to learn and maintain a solid understanding of our product lines.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction building materials environment is a plus.
Salary/Rate Range: $60,000 – $70,000
