Reliance Home Comfort is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Ottawa, ON. You will join a growth-focused team, handling inbound and outbound calls to support customers and drive sales for our commercial protection plans and services.

The role requires a minimum of 3+ years in inside sales or B2B sales, with strong customer-service orientation and the ability to meet monthly targets. Competitive base pay with performance-based incentives, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Inside Sales or business-to-business experience.
• Industry knowledge and/or experience working with HVAC is a strong asset.
• Results-driven with initiative to drive the business.
• Customer-focused and solution oriented.
