Marvelous Plumbing & Heating Services is seeking a sales-oriented professional to join our in-office team in Southern Alberta. You will make outbound calls on service invoices, leads not sold in the field, and inquiries, aiming to meet department sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales and customer service, plus an outgoing personality and a willingness to continue education. This role offers a commission-based earnings opportunity and a collaborative in-office environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales and customer service.
• Outgoing personality, eager to serve, eager to win.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls on service invoices, leads not sold in the field, phone inquiries, etc. and work to achieve department sales goals.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.
