Summary :
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales and Customer Service teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing high-performing sales talent, optimizing day-to-day operations, and aligning closely with cross-functional teams to support company growth. This position plays a key role in executing sales strategies, driving team performance, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and results.
Location : Montreal, Canada (fully onsite)
Salary range : $93,000 to $102,000 CAD, depending on experience.
Commission : $20,000 annually based on performance.
