A technology company in Calgary is seeking an Inside Sales Manager responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities within the partner channel. This role involves strengthening existing partner relationships, leading Account Managers, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant management experience and a background in customer service or sales, alongside strong technical skills and a proven track record of performance enhancement.
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales activities of the partner channel. The main purpose of the Inside Sales Manager role is to take ownership of internal sales processes and daily quote to order management and provide leadership to Account Managers that support OPI key partners. Focus on strengthening existing partner relationships, while also exploring new opportunities to optimize global market revenue. You will be responsible for a range of activities, from driving the quote process and providing input on direction and functionality of our dealer portal, overseeing the order management process, to fielding inquiries and providing general support to help grow our markets and achieve our overall sales targets. Reporting to the VP Sales and Customer Success, this position will also work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, Operations and the Customer Success teams. Will provide VOC feedback to Product team, as well as the internal IT team to develop systems and processes to support and manage our partners with goal of being easy to business with. He/she will also lead other activities related to the advancement of OPI corporate priorities as assigned. Mentoring and coaching will be provided as necessary in order to advance your position through professional development. The Insides Sales Manager is responsible for the following tasks:
