Job Overview: Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Executive (Client), where your mission will be driving revenue growth through consultative selling techniques. You'll be serving small to medium-sized businesses with medium-complexity needs, leveraging your expertise to craft and close compelling solutions for Waste Management services. This role emphasizes self-driven prospecting, cold calling, and cultivating warm leads to build a robust pipeline. Success means consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while fostering lasting relationships through exceptional customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the small/medium business segment to create new revenue opportunities.
  • Conducting thorough research on prospective clients to tailor your approach and align solutions with their needs.
  • Preparing for client interactions by gathering necessary materials and customizing your strategy for medium-complexity sales engagements.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by effectively articulating our value proposition, ensuring mutual success.
  • Following structured sales processes to maximize effectiveness and achieve high performance.
  • Presenting Waste Management products and services through a consultative methodology, showcasing clear benefits aligned with client goals.
  • Skillfully addressing objections and fostering consensus to secure sales agreements that benefit both parties.
  • Executing post-sale follow-ups to ensure seamless implementation of services.
Basic Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales, customer engagement, or related roles.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to close deals effectively.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport and convey value persuasively.

  • Must reside and work within Canada.
