You’ll be our first dedicatedInside Sales & Deal-Desk Specialist—equal parts hunter, deal-processor, and subject-matter expert (SME). Your mission: turbo-charge pipeline creation in every provinceexcept Ontario & Quebecwhile shortening our “closed-won-to-deployment” cycle for field reps. Think of yourself as the conductor keeping Canada’s sales engine running on time and in tune.
What You’ll Own

Targeted Outbound Campaigns
• Design & execute call/email cadences into construction, logistics, retail, mining, energy, and critical-infrastructure micro-markets.
• Book discovery calls & demos for regional AEs.
• Iterate messaging using A/B testing & data insights.
• 300 net-new qualified meetings set
• $8 M+ influenced pipeline
Deal-Desk / Desktop Admin
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and Salesforce opportunities for field reps.
• Chase down signatures, POs, credit checks, and site details.
• Maintain sub-24-hour SLA from verbal “yes” to paperwork submitted.
Inbound Pre-Sales SME
• Handle web, phone, and referral leads to uncover needs, build urgency, and pre-sell ECAM’s AI-driven monitoring solutions.
• Qualify & route opportunities to the correct territory rep.
• Mine Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and public datasets to pinpoint green-field accounts.
• Build Excel/Sheets dashboards that visualize TAM, call-touch cadence health, and close-rate trends.
• Monthly insight packs delivered to VP Sales
• > 90 % data cleanliness score
