Job description

Job Type : Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission | (OTE $60,000$75,000)

What Youll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads
  • Provide estimates via phone and video using our proven quoting system
  • Set up on-site appointments for our local outside sales reps
  • Close jobs valued up to $50,000+ directly from virtual estimates
  • Diligently follow up with warm leads to maximize conversion rates
  • Help source commercial leads through targeted outreach
  • Ensure quotes are accurate, profitable, and aligned with our service promise
  • Acting as the project manager throughout for all moving projects you've sold
