Inkris is a fast-growing Canadian marketplace connecting homeowners with mortgage brokers, renovation professionals and more. We help service providers grow faster using verified leads, automated follow-ups, and a powerful in-house CRM.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join as an Inside Sales Closer focused on converting qualified leads into subscribers for our monthly plans ($285–$13,250+). You’ll run daily demos, follow a proven script, and close deals with confidence.

Your daily mission:

Compensation: Performance-Driven with Career Upside

Your compensation grows as you prove you can close. You’ll start with uncapped commissions and move quickly into a base + bonus structure after you hit key milestones.

How it works:

  • Start on performance-based commissions
  • Unlock a stable base once you hit 10 total sales
  • High performers earn well into 5 figures monthly
  • Still earn per-deal commission — no cap

Career Track: From Closer to Pod Leader

Month 1: Prove you can close

Month 2–3: Build a pipeline and secure your base

Month 4+: Manage your own SDRs and earn overrides

You close. They book. You get paid.
