The Sales Associate / Beauty Advisor's primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, guiding them through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to support your knowledge and success. Bring your passion and personality—we'll handle the rest!

Your role includes:

• Building relationships and inspiring customer loyalty
• Recommending additional and complementary products
• Informing customers about current promotions and events
• Setting up displays and arranging merchandise to highlight sales
• Enrolling customers in our Loyalty program
• Completing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues
• Demonstrating Sally Beauty Culture Values
