Skretting St. Andrews is seeking Inside Sales Associates to handle advisory and commercial customer requests, both reactively and proactively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

1. Ensure accurate and reliable customer administration to contribute to customer satisfaction, including accepting and processing incoming orders, answering questions, solving problems, and handling customer complaints to guarantee satisfaction and ongoing relationships.
2. Handle orders and coordinate with customers regarding products, delivery options, and complaints.
3. Understand the product portfolio, including different products/formulations, geographical scope, and the role of Customer Service Representatives.
4. Support sales activities by following up with customers, informing them about products to facilitate effective communication.
5. Respond to inquiries about product assortment, applications, production, pricing, and delivery times.
6. Manage contract renewals regarding price, specifications, and delivery within set parameters to maintain customer relationships.
7. Process orders and manage data to ensure timely delivery, including updating product data and entering prices for new products.
8. Manage customer relationships by maintaining records, handling requests, and resolving issues promptly.
9. Log and resolve customer problems within prescribed times to maintain confidence, actively solving complaints and issues.
10. Support customers with standard problems, questions, and complaints to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
11. Monitor progress of escalated issues, keep customers informed, and record all interactions systematically.
12. Communicate with clients about solutions, alternatives, and options regarding products and issues.
13. Plan, coordinate, and supervise the Customer Service team activities, ensuring effective work distribution and adherence to guidelines.
