Job summary

Equitable is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to work remotely in Canada, primarily supporting the Investment Wholesaling team. You will generate leads, nurture advisor relationships, and deliver product training via webinars while coordinating reports and occasional travel as needed.

Ideal candidates bring financial industry experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Office apps. This full-time role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the financial industry with a solid understanding of investment products.
• Demonstrated analytical, time-management, problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Proven communication skills, including active listening and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated presentation and training skills.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
• Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. With the ability to learn and apply new system applications (including BMS and web portals).
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as required.

Work Arrangements:

You will work from your home office 100% of the time. You may be required to be in-person at our office in Waterloo, ON or another assigned location within the Waterloo Region, on an as needed basis. Sales related roles may be required to travel based on the assignment.
