Job description

Aries Building Systems is a leading provider of modular buildings, creating innovative space solutions to meet the expansion needs of clients in a diverse group of industries throughout the US and Canada. JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will have excellent phone communication skills, the ability to work remotely making cold calls for several hours daily. There will be face-to-face visit follow-up requiring regional travel.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Lease and sell storage products, ground level offices, mobile offices, modular buildings, and ancillary products
  2. Develop and build profitable, long-term customer relationships
  3. Sales activities: prospecting, value selling, and closing
  4. New customer acquisition and lead generation
  5. Outside Sales Calls
  6. Respond timely to client inquiries
  7. Solicit new opportunities via direct sales calls
  8. Track and monitor opportunities and transactions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  1. Must have superior marketing skills
  2. Valid Driver’s License
  3. Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the business to enable effective operating decision-making
  4. Strong selling skills
  5. Computer & IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  6. A track record of business success and responsibility growth
  7. Driven to succeed – a Make it Happen attitude
  8. Effective priority setting and time management
  9. High expectations of self and others
  10. Relationship builder and effective communicator
  11. Adherence to core company values: dependability, dedication, relationships, initiative, and ingenuity

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Competent knowledge of sales and marketing methodology
  2. Requires the ability to use Microsoft office applications
  3. Requires oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with customers, prospects, and staff
  4. Requires organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met
  5. Requires problem-solving skills to solve varied problems
  6. Knowledge of modular building industry helpful
  7. Knowledge of Construction helpful
