Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to real estate leads (buyers, sellers, investors)

Qualify leads and book appointments for our buyer and listing agents

Nurture leads in our CRM and maintain consistent follow-up

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth handoff to agents

Track conversations, appointment results, and outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

Must be a licensed Realtor in Ontario

Excellent phone presence and communication skills

Organized, coachable, and motivated by performance

Comfortable using CRM systems and call tools (training provided)

Able to work from home with a quiet and reliable setup

Positive, team-oriented attitude
