Job summary

Roofmart is seeking an Inside Sales professional to serve as the first point of contact for customers in-store or over the phone, processing sales and ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of retail or sales experience, strong attention to detail, and solid organizational skills; being authorized to work in Canada is required. This role supports a growing team in delivering world-class sales experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch
• Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
• Providing world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
• Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
• Other duties as required
