The Sales Associate / Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are continually searching for passionate beauty lovers who want to assist customers with their beauty needs, whether in hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. We want you to be the advisor on our customer’s journey. Sally Beauty will provide the necessary knowledge and training. You bring your passion and personality – we will do the rest!

Your role at Sally Beauty:

  1. Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
  2. Recommend additional and complimentary products.
  3. Inform customers of current promotions and events.
  4. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
  5. Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
  6. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
  8. Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
  9. Work with a range of schedules and hours to suit everyone’s needs.
