Inside Electrical Salesperson Permanent Full Time Bird Stairs – Moncton NB Bird Stairs is looking for a result driven, experienced inside salesperson responsible for establishing relationships and marketing our company’s brands in a way that is positive, honest, and professional. As a successful inside sales representative, you will strive to find new customers, retain current customers, and develop innovative solutions for bettering our product and service. We require an energetic, positive, customer-oriented individual, who communicates well with others and enjoys working with people. Within this role you will be responsible for :

  • Facilitating the sales process, initiating from the original phone call through finalizing account setup / update for each customer you speak with
  • Maintaining an organized workspace so that documents, updates, and product information is readily accessible for reference and to answer questions.
  • Listening attentively to customer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale.
  • Preparing quotes for customers and following up in a timely manner
  • Maintaining competitive spirit driven by goals and results and who holds themselves accountable.
  • Being a team player, willing to go out of your way to help and support our team.
  • An individual who constantly strives to improve, seeking coaching and guidance from both peers and managers.
  • Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision and is motivated to find solutions to challenges as they occur.
  • Ensuring exceptional after sale customer service Qualifications :
  • College Technology Diploma, or University is considered an asset.
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Superior listening and communication skills - Bilingualism is an asset (French / English)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Be an exceptional team player.
  • Sales and customer service experience
