Job description

The MARC Group is seeking experienced sales professionals for an Inside Sales position. This individual will be responsible for bringing in new advertising and marketing sales revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative must be able to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders from sales and marketing to executive staff members.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Identify and close strategic advertising partnerships with leading brand / performance-based advertisers or agencies that help ensure long-term success for the company.
  • Develop and grow repeat business from existing advertising customers, partners, and agencies.
  • Understand client needs, anticipate future goals, and help determine ideal solutions.
  • Manage expectations at all levels and demonstrate a proactive and consultative approach to addressing client needs.
  • Effectively communicate and partner with all internal staff members as a team to meet and exceed advertisers’ needs and beat the competition.
  • Advocate for The MARC Group’s ad platform products, rich media solutions, and creative services.
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of potential advertisers while meeting and exceeding annual goals.
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, follow-ups, and emails.
  • Close sales and achieve weekly quotas / goals.
  • Liaise with colleagues and management to increase and diversify demand.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; and recommending new opportunities.

Desired Skills & Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably inside sales.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Sports-minded, competitive, outgoing, and energetic individual.
  • Must be fluent in the English language with no limitation.

  • Ability to work under pressure independently.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
