Jasper Inn & Suites INN Grill Restaurant Manager manages all front of house food and beverage operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Managing and leading your team at this property to embrace the following duties :
• Utilize business acumen to develop and implement strategic plans and operational goals.
• Lead and guide the Food & Beverage service team to drive results.
• Execute banquets with the Sales Manager and Executive Chef.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with hotel operating controls and service standards.
• Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel / resort and management.
• Lead by example, fostering our corporate culture.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the team.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address complaints to restore customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and control expenditures.
• Work with the Marketing team to manage the hotel’s food and beverage online presence.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Proven experience in hotel food and beverage operations management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• A passion for food and beverage operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Current certification in ProServe is required.
• Certification in Food Safe and First Aid is preferred.
