Job description

Calgary, Alberta, Canada (Hybrid) | Full-time, Direct Hire | Newly Created Position | 1 Opening | CAD $140,000

About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider of enterprise SaaS solutions for critical network infrastructure, supporting oil & gas pipeline operators across North America with software that helps them manage the safety and integrity of their pipeline assets.

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone with real pipeline integrity experience who's ready to make the leap into a client-facing, software-based career. You'll bring your domain expertise to our pipeline integrity management platform, working hands-on with clients from pilot programs through implementation and ongoing customer success. This is a newly created, hybrid role based in Calgary. You'll be assigned existing client projects and accounts, and you'll shadow a senior Implementation Consultant during your first months, building your software and client-facing skills on the job.

What You'll Do
  • Bring hands-on pipeline integrity knowledge to every client engagement, interpreting ILI data, corrosion findings, and regulatory requirements inside the platform.
  • Develop expertise in the platform to implement, configure, and train new users, with structured mentorship from senior Implementation Consultants.
  • Manage project deliverables, success KPIs, and budgets across multiple client accounts.
  • Coach clients to identify pipeline integrity threats through the software and meet their business goals.
  • Build and grow strong client relationships to drive adoption and expansion opportunities.
What You Bring
  • Hands-on in-line inspection (ILI) experience is required: interpreting ILI data (MFL, UT, Caliper, EMAT), and identifying and characterizing corrosion, dents, and cracks from inspection reports
  • Regulatory compliance expertise is required: hands-on, working knowledge of Z662 and ASME (B31G) integrity calculations, MAOP determination, and regulatory reporting
  • 5+ years of experience in the midstream/transmission pipeline industry
  • Genuine interest in making the transition from a technical/field-based pipeline integrity role into a client-facing, software-based career
  • Comfortable with occasional travel (under 10% of the time) across North America and internationally
NICE TO HAVE
  • Prior experience with client-facing software implementation, SaaS onboarding, or customer success
  • Experience with pipeline integrity management software specifically
  • Experience working across multiple levels within a large, Fortune 100-scale enterprise
