Implementation Consultant

Calgary, Alberta, Canada (Hybrid) | Full-time, Direct Hire | Newly Created Position | 1 Opening | CAD $140,000

About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider of enterprise SaaS solutions for critical network infrastructure, supporting oil & gas pipeline operators across North America with software that helps them manage the safety and integrity of their pipeline assets.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an Implementation Consultant to work hands-on with assigned clients on our pipeline integrity management platform, from pilot programs through implementation and ongoing customer success. This is a newly created, hybrid role based in Calgary: you'll be at the client site once or twice a week, working remotely the rest of the time. You'll be assigned existing client projects and accounts rather than building your own book of business, and you'll shadow a senior Implementation Consultant during your first months as part of a structured onboarding.

What You'll Do
  • Develop deep expertise in the platform to implement, configure, and train new users
  • Manage project deliverables, success KPIs, and budgets across multiple client accounts
  • Coach clients to identify pipeline integrity threats through the software and meet their business goals
  • Assess and prioritize enhancement requests, and provide guidance on integrity management best practices
  • Perform configurations, data loading, model execution, and report interpretation for clients
  • Build and grow strong client relationships to drive adoption and expansion opportunities
  • Serve as the key communication channel between clients and the product team
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in the midstream/transmission pipeline industry, including hands-on in-line inspection (ILI) data experience
  • Deep understanding of pipeline safety regulations (Z662, ASME)
  • Experience analyzing pipeline integrity assessment data
  • Strong relationship management and organizational skills, very structured and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with occasional travel (under 10% of the time) across North America and internationally
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with pipeline integrity software and technology
  • Customer Success Management (CSM) implementation experience
  • Experience working across multiple levels within a large, Fortune 100-scale enterprise
