Job Description:

We’re hiring a Senior Moulding Process Technician to join our automotive client’s team. This role is pivotal in supporting and optimizing complex thermoset injection moulding operations across multiple plants. You’ll report to the Process Engineering Supervisor and collaborate closely with tool setters, engineers, and leadership to ensure high-quality production and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize thermoset injection moulding processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve cycle times
  • Support new tool launches and ensure smooth integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain technical standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of injection moulding experience (thermoset preferred)
  • Background in automotive or medical manufacturing (medical preferred)
  • Strong engineering knowledge and technical problem-solving skills
  • Experience with complex tooling and multi-shot moulding processes
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high motivation

Compensation:

$60K - $70K per year + full benefits packages

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching.
