Position: Applications Engineer

Location: Saint-Laurent Hybrid

An industry leader in developing cutting-edge video solutions that empower our customers to entertain, communicate, and make mission-critical decisions with confidence. We are currently seeking an Applications Engineer to be a vital technical partner for our OEM clients, providing deep support during system integration and product deployment.

Position Summary:

As an Applications Engineer, you’ll work directly with our clients during the integration of our advanced video systems into their existing ecosystems. This is a dynamic role that blends software engineering, system integration, and customer-facing collaboration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our technology functions seamlessly within client workflows and development environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and integration needs.

- Act as a key liaison between clients and our internal software/hardware teams.

- Guide customers through the integration process with expert-level product knowledge.

- Develop and maintain software demos and sample code in C/C++ to support client development on our platform.

- Deliver client training sessions and technical presentations to enhance OEM capabilities.

- Support product quality and feature development based on customer feedback.

- Attend trade shows and client site visits to gain direct insights into customer environments and needs.

What You Bring:

- A degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in software development, ideally in C/C++.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

- A customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong client relationships.
