Reporting to the senior manager of mechanical engineering, you will be a key player of the High-Speed Photonic Component (HSPC) group. More specifically, you will be responsible for designing various photonic components under development in the HSPC group. This will include doing mechanical, thermal and stresses modeling of the component, defining the specification in collaboration with the optical team, planning design of experiment, analyzing the results of these DOEs to confirm and optimize the design in order to meet the performance objectives. In this role, you will have to interact closely with the other members of the HSPC group and other internal R&D groups.
