Job Description :

Under the supervision of the Director of Data & Analytics, the Data Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that allows for data generation, storage, and processing. The Data Engineer focuses on ensuring data is accessible and reliable, enabling data scientists and analysts to perform their work effectively.

Responsibilities :

Assist in data ingestion and transformation processes.

Write basic scripts for data cleaning and ETL.

Support data pipeline maintenance and monitoring.

Learn data storage solutions and tools.

Design and implement data pipelines for data processing.

Optimize existing ETL processes for performance.

Develop documentation for data engineering processes and standards.

Qualifications :

Knowledge of SQL and ETL tools.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala.
