Résumé des fonctions Sous la supervision du chef maintenance, l'ingénieur(e) d'usine agit à titre de référence technique et de leader stratégique pour l'ensemble des projets d'investissement et d'amélioration continue du site de Saint-Hyacinthe. Il ou elle est responsable d'établir la vision, les priorités et les stratégies de réalisation des projets en fonction des besoins opérationnels, de la capacité de production, de la fiabilité des équipements et des objectifs financiers de l'usine. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes de maintenance, d'opérations, d'ingénierie corporative et les partenaires externes, la personne titulaire du poste exerce un rôle d'influence et d'autorité décisionnelle dans l'identification, l'évaluation, la priorisation et l'exécution des projets. Elle assure également la planification budgétaire, le suivi financier et la gestion de portefeuille des projets afin de maximiser le rendement des investissements réalisés par l'usine. Une compréhension pratique des automates programmables, des interfaces opérateurs (HMI) et de l’instrumentation est également essentielle afin de contribuer efficacement à la mise en œuvre de projets d’amélioration, d’optimisation et de fiabilisation des procédés et des équipements en usine.
