Your Mission:
  1. Lead with Confidence: Manage the clinic environment by ensuring a clean, safe, and professional space for patients and staff.
  2. Innovate and Elevate: Support your team by facilitating ongoing education and ensuring clinic policies are adhered to.
  3. Analyze and Conquer: Oversee staff schedules, clinic resources, and inventory.
  4. Collaborate and Lead: Mentor and supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and performance assessments.
What You Bring to the Table:
  1. Professional Expertise: Qualified Registered Nurse with a valid provincial license and a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including at least one year of IV initiation and infusion experience.
  2. Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  3. Patient-Centered Focus: Exceptional communication skills with a keen ability to provide excellent customer service.
  4. Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills capable of effectively supervising and supporting clinical staff.
  5. Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to travel to other clinics and accommodate patient appointment requests.
  6. Additional Assets: Experience in critical care, emergency care, or homecare settings.
Compensation:

Range between $42.00 - $57.00 Hourly (Based on applicable experience).
