Your Mission:

• Lead with Flair: Prepare and administer specialized IV and injection therapies with confidence and professionalism, ensuring that every interaction reflects high standards of patient care.
• Innovate and Elevate: Review physicians' orders and seek new methods to enhance patient assessments and care techniques, fostering innovation in treatment approaches.
• Analyze and Conquer: Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor client conditions, observing and responding to health status changes according to Coverdale Infusion Clinics standards.
• Collaborate and Conquer: Provide direction, support, and delegation to Licensed/Registered Practical Nurses, fostering a collaborative environment through effective communication and shared care goals, alongside ongoing education and skill development.

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of recent acute care experience, preferably in a hospital setting; ICU and/or ER experience considered an asset. Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration in good standing with the provincial licensing body.
• Training and experience in medication preparation and administration via all routes, showcasing innovative problem-solving skills. Excellent IV skills are essential, along with the ability to think outside the box when addressing patient care challenges.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions related to client care with strong observational skills to assess clients visually and auditorily. Experience with CVADs and a background in biologics/infusions will enhance analytical capabilities.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing positivity and enthusiasm to every project.

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is part of a total compensation package, determined within a range based on local labor benchmarks for each role level and location.
